Much of the mystery surrounding Hycianus stems from his lack of influence over the Ocean Kingdom. It’s unclear what motivates an ancient creature such as himself, but because of how near impossible it is to find him (let alone interact with him), his presence has dwindled away into the realm of mythology. While Hycians of the Ocean Kingdom all respect his legacy, most don’t actually believe that he’s really still alive.
