Welvaster holds the distinction of being the largest Hycian in the entire River Kingdom. He acts as a sort of de-facto leader of Castlerock Loch, a pool filled with food for him to guzzle down as he pleases. The kids here like to tease him whenever he’s around. They call him “The Castlerock Monster.”
